1st page, 3rd book

as the title indicates, this is the first page of my third journal in cameroon.

i got into the habit of 'illuminating' (so to speak) the first pages of my journals. a way of breaking them in. making them mine. think of it as an intention in graphics... the words are my intentions, that is. the graphics are embellishments.

what does this page say? #3 fo' cameroon... with the figure 'thalatha' (3 in eastern arabic numerals) prominently there in the middle... my own peace & freedom through my own personal journal...
